Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel and services in the areas of tax, trusts, and estates, with a particular emphasis on wealth preservation techniques.
  • Conduct estate planning transactions involving Federal Estate/Gift/GST Tax planning, business succession planning, and general estate planning and administration.
  • Address complex issues related to business and transactional tax matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, providing strategic advice and guidance to clients accordingly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is required; admission to the New Jersey, New York, and/or Florida bars is a plus.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in estate planning and wealth preservation techniques.
  • Strong academic credentials, with preference given to candidates with an LL.M. in Taxation or pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax, trusts, and estates law, with a focus on business succession planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
