Law Firm seeking a senior-level associate join our Private Equity M&A practice. This role is focused on supporting our healthcare clients with their transactional needs, including, but not limited to, the acquisitions of physician and dental practices and the representation of behavioral health providers. This position is open to any of our offices, with a strong preference for San Francisco, Nashville, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, or Chicago. Private Equity M&A / Senior Associate Position Requirements
•  Ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in M&A transactions and experience with clients at that are private equity funds and/or healthcare providers
•  Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is a plus
•  Candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
