SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN to provide Private Duty Nursing / PDN Services for a 29 year old patient.
Hours include: Wed, Thurs., Fri. 7a-3p and 3p-11p
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN Responsibilities:
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN Requirements:
- Current license in the state
- Up to date first aid and CPR certification
