Duties Administrative Support Manage the Principal's calendar, schedule appointments, manage evaluation calendar, and coordinate meetings. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as directed by the Principal. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate staff. Help coordinate the summer school calendar with the Principal. Record Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance logs, and other administrative records. Assist in the preparation and distribution of official school documents. Manage confidential information in compliance with school policies. Communication Serve as a liaison between the Principal, staff, students, parents, and the broader community. Prepare and disseminate information through newsletters, announcements, and other communication channels. Coordinate communication related to school events, meetings, and special announcements. Event Coordination Assist in the planning and coordination of school events, meetings, and conferences. Prepare materials, agendas, and logistics for AP testing, meetings, and events. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth execution of school activities. Budget Assistance Assist in managing the budget for the Principal's Office, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts. Process purchase orders, invoices, and financial transactions as needed. Student and Parent Interaction Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors to the Principal's office. Address inquiries from parents and provide information on school policies and procedures. Assist with the enrollment and registration process. Provide work permits to students and community members. General Office Duties Manage office supplies, ordering as needed. Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
