We are partnered with a marketing automation SaaS start up that helps smaller companies gain an edge over their competitors. They are looking to grow out their Security platform team and are seeking a Principal Staff Detection Engineer to design and develop detection capabilities for their cloud first platform.
They are looking for something that has experience implementing detection systems in an AWS cloud environment. You should have strong experience with modern cloud security tooling, such as Cloudwatch, Tines, and/or Lacework. This is a fully remote role that can be done virtually anywhere in the United States.
Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of Security experience in the Detection Space
- Hands on experience securing cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience with modern DevOps automation tools (Cloudformation, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- Experience with Lacework, Tines, and/or Orca
Desired Skills & Experience - Master's Degree in Cyber Security
- Proficiency in modern OOP languages, Python preferred
