The Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with Front End development experience to build innovative web applications that interface with our AI/ML platform. This role works closely with back-end engineers, data scientists, and business partners to design, develop, and deliver highly functional and intuitive user experience, and will play a critical role in creating LLM-powered applications for a variety of financial use cases. We are passionate about Large Language Models and are bringing in groundbreaking AI technologies to develop solutions to complex challenges in the financial industry.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in modern frontend technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Thorough understanding of React and working knowledge of related frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Experience with Python and AI/ML systems a plus.
  • Real-world experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, large-scale distributed web applications.
  • Attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Highly collaborative, communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
