Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical and project management support across all phases of environmental projects.
- Achieve annual net revenue exceeding half a million dollars.
- Lead projects, nurture key client relationships, and oversee staff development, working closely with our business development team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and employee growth within the office, collaborating with other Principals to shape the vision and direction of the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or Chemical) or a science-related field (Geology or Earth Science preferred); Master's degree is a plus.
- Over 10 years of proven success in environmental consulting.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Familiarity with state environmental programs/regulations, with additional experience in federal superfund (CERCLA) and RCRA corrective action remediation programs being a strong advantage.
- A well-established clientele comprising Fortune 500s, outside counsel, and/or developers, aligning with our core practice areas.

- Demonstrated success as a "seller-doer" with a track record of winning business
- strong interest in mentoring junior staff.
