Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical and project management support across all phases of environmental projects.
  • Achieve annual net revenue exceeding half a million dollars.
  • Lead projects, nurture key client relationships, and oversee staff development, working closely with our business development team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and employee growth within the office, collaborating with other Principals to shape the vision and direction of the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or Chemical) or a science-related field (Geology or Earth Science preferred); Master's degree is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of proven success in environmental consulting.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Familiarity with state environmental programs/regulations, with additional experience in federal superfund (CERCLA) and RCRA corrective action remediation programs being a strong advantage.
  • A well-established clientele comprising Fortune 500s, outside counsel, and/or developers, aligning with our core practice areas.

Strongly Preferred

  • Demonstrated success as a "seller-doer" with a track record of winning business
  • strong interest in mentoring junior staff.
