Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Jaggaer Development Support
In this role, Jaggaer is a cloud-based sourcing and procurement tool enabling users to manage the complete sourcing, contracts, SRM - supplier relationship management lifecycle online. It provides quality management, spend analytics, categories, supplier and inventory management, sourcing, invoicing, and more.
Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot the upstream modules within the Jaggaer system.

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upstream and supply chain process improvements.

• Leverage Integration Broker to implement and optimize data exchanges and communication between systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet business needs and operational requirements.

• Assist in creating user guides, training materials and deliver training to end users.

• Perform routine system audits and checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

• Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Qualifications we seek in you.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing all modules.

• Experience working with Jaggaer application.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles.

• Hands-on experience with Integration Broker or similar integration technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues as part of production support.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and concepts in understandable terms.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 . The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
