Primary Therapist

Position Summary: Primary Therapist provides clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention for a caseload of clients and also conduct group therapy sessions as assigned. Therapists will collaborate with a team of providers in exploring therapeutic interventions, responding to the needs of clients, and working toward achieving clients' goals. Job Type: Full-Time Qualifications: Master's degree required Must be licensed or license eligible in clinical field including, but not limited to an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or Registered Intern in Florida. CEDS or other relevant eating disorder credential preferred Current knowledge working with the LGBTQIA+ community preferred Valid Driver's License required Competency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Superb written and verbal communication skills required Excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills required Must be able to successfully perform in a fast-paced work environment Benefits Include: Qualified supervisors available on-site for Florida Registered Interns for LCSW and LMHC.
