Location schedules:

• Central location: Tuesday-Friday 8am-7pm
• Mesa location: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• West location: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job details:

Bread and butter cases

All ages newborn to 100

21 average patients seen per day

Large population of HIV, HepC, and Diabetes

Preferred but not mandatory to have experience with IUD placements and toenail removal

Full support staff available every provider has a designated medical assistant, and in some cases 2

EMR: NextGen very important if a provider does not have experience already, they must be tech savvy to understand the EMP within a week training provided

Mandatory:

• Must be licensed in Arizona
• Must be Board Certified FM and BC-FNP
• Must have BLS
• Must have Covid Vaccination will not accept exemption
• ON SUBMITTALS include if the provider already has NextGen experience (if not, are the tech savvy) and also if the provider is open to going permanent if the opportunity is fitting

Credentialing:

• Typically 6 weeks

• Must have fingerprints processed before starting Native Health can provide if needed

Interview process:

• 24-48 turnaround

Start date:

• As soon as credentialed.
