Healthcare United is seeking a B/C Primary Care Physician to join an established practice in Philadelphia, PA. Physician must work with patients suffering from chronic illnesses and substance abuse issues. No visa candidates at this time.
- Brand new state-of-the-art facility
- Setting: Outpatient
- Procedures: No
- Patient Volume/Patients per day: 12-16
- Patient Age Demographics: 35-55 years old
- Experience working at FQHC a plus
- EMR System: E-Clinical
- Must be Board-Certified in FM/IM
- Support staff include: Medical Assistants, Nurses, Social Workers
