With our patient base growing, we are opening an additional Primary Care clinic in Eugene, Oregon, and are searching for aFamily MedicineorInternal Medicine Physicianwith an interest in providing high quality care in a team-driven environment to join us. Our tightknit team of providers care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care as well as managing chronic conditions. We are recognized by the State of Oregon as a Patient Centered Medical Home and work closely with our community partners. Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications & Abilities: + Highly-engaged MD/DO physician + Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine + Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients + Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics + Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications + In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Respect for patient's confidentiality + Compassionate and approachable + Responsible and trustworthy + Attend work regularly and on time About Us Praxis Health is the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network, providing the highest levels of individualized patient care.
