Primary Care Physician

Full-time 19 Laurel Ave Professional Varied shift Pay Range: $190,000 - $240,000 annually. Full-time position in an office-based hospital-owned practice for a board certified/board eligible primary care physician, either Internal Medicine or Family Practice for an adult practice and Continuity Clinic for Internal Medicine Residents. Opportunity for Adjunct Associate Clinical Professorship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Interest in Urgent Care/Occupational health is helpful but not required. Currently 1:5 Telephonic call with admissions covered by the Hospital-owned hospitalist practice. Seeking: Board-Certified/Board Eligible primary care physician to join busy 4 primary care colleagues to improve access to primary care as an employee of the growing Hospital's medical group. Two outpatient offices are located less than 10 miles apart. Medical group professionals co-located in outpatient offices include general surgeons, a bariatrics surgeon, a plastic surgeon, primary care, palliative care, and Infectious Disease specialist. The practice also supports a Continuity Clinic for Internal Medicine Residents. Weekly presence of Neurosurgery and Sleep Medicine supports specialty care. Office spaces are less than 5 years old and include imaging and lab services. Cornwall campus space is co-located with a Sleep Center Rehab Center (including cardiac and pulmonary rehab), Infusion Center, Wound Care Center, Imaging Center including PET/CT/US/Mammography, Outpatient dialysis center, Cancer Center with a Linear Accelerator Vascular lab Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall (MSLC) is a not-for-profit hospital dedicated to serving the health care needs of those in the Hudson Valley.
