About the job:

We are looking for a full-time Primary Care Physician who will work one day per week in the office doing direct patient care, while overseeing our mid-level providers remotely the rest of the days in the week.

Requirements:

Valid MD license in the state of NY

Open to work on some weekends

Nursing home experience- a must

Benefits:
