This hospital is surrounded by the Sangre de Cristo and San Juan mountains, which provide opportunities for some of the best world class outdoor recreation in Colorado. Scenic and bustling community that provides the kind of Colorado lifestyle.

There are currently six Family Medicine physicians in the group, including other clinic sites. APP providers are also incorporated into the practice. The Family Medicine Department works closely with the Internal Medicine Department.

The clinic is part of a larger system group, including two hospitals and five clinics. Nursing and support staff are provided.

Job Details

Start upon licensing and credentialing
Need on going coverage
Weekly Clinic schedule can be 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days.
15-20 PPD
Call is 1:7 - Phone consults only. If call is not preferred outpatient only is still an option.

Meditech EMR
No supervising mid levels
Can get hospital privs in 30 days
