• Outpatient Setting
• Maternity Leave Coverage
• Monday through Thursday Coverage

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Michigan Licensure Required
• Minimum Board Status: Board Certified/Board Eligible (Will consider Family medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians)
• Required Certification: BLS

Job Details:

• Average Number of Patients per Day: 20
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
• Provider will not work solo
• Locum provider will not be required to supervise APP
• Number of Exam rooms: 3
• No OB patients
• Services Available On-site: Laboratory, Urgent Care, Some Radiology
• EMR: Epic
• Emergency Supplies Available: AED
• Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
• Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
• Required Medicine Procedures: Small outpatient procedure if physician is comfortable
• Required Pediatric Procedures: General Outpatient; Other physician is willing to see all pediatric patients if locum is not comfortable
• Est Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
• Client will reimburse for hotel and mileage
