You will work in a clean room environment, using your knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and PC-control systems to maintain and improve our equipment.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Preventative Maintenance Technician, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent malfunctions.

2. Performing preventative maintenance tasks on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and PC-controlled systems to ensure their optimal performance.

3. Installing new machinery and equipment, ensuring their proper setup and operation.

4. Working in a clean room environment, following all relevant protocols and regulations to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination.

5. Implementing quality control measures, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.

6. Collaborating with the quality management team to develop strategies for improving the quality of our products and the efficiency of our processes.

7. Diagnosing and repairing faults in machinery and equipment, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

8. Documenting all maintenance work for record-keeping purposes and to aid in future maintenance planning.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Preventative Maintenance Technician, candidates should have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proven expertise in quality control, preventative maintenance, and installation.

3. Experience working in a clean room environment.

4. Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and PC-control systems.

5. A solid understanding of quality management principles and practices.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults in machinery and equipment.

7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

8. A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

9. A relevant certification or diploma would be advantageous.
