Location: Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania
Pay rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Schedule will be set within timeframe of 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are looking for a qualified Press Brake Operator to operate and maintain our CNC press brake machines. This role is essential to our production process, ensuring parts are formed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Setting up and operating CNC and manual press brakes according to blueprints and specifications.
Interpreting drawings and work orders to determine proper tooling, programs, and bend sequences.
Loading, unloading, and positioning sheet metal on the press brake.
Operating the machine to bend metal parts to precise specifications.
Maintaining machine cleanliness and performing basic troubleshooting.
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Keeping accurate production records.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year experience operating CNC or manual press brakes in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Strong understanding of geometric tolerances and bend allowances.
Excellent mathematical skills with a focus on measurement and conversion.
Experience with metal properties and their forming characteristics (a plus).
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.

Experience:
Prior experience in a sheet metal fabrication shop is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
