Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Professional service lead (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) to support our Preschool Day Treatment program. In this unique position at Fraser, the caseload will include supervising day treatment services for preschool-aged children with autism and mental health diagnoses, as well as carry an outpatient caseload providing individual and family therapy. Provide preschool day treatment coverage as needed. Direct daily activities in the assigned program(s), which may include day treatment services, individual therapy, group therapy, group routines and activities, crisis intervention, care coordination services, home visits and parent contact as assigned. Oversee the organization in assigned program areas including collaboration with staff, indirect consultation to relevant non-Fraser staff, maintaining client referral information, and overseeing therapeutic environment of clinical services. Provide task supervision, leadership, and support to staff as assigned. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Locations: Fraser Minneapolis Schedule & Pay: Full time, Monday- Friday during standard business hours (8 hour shift) Starting annual salary is $73,000 actual salary offer will depend on qualifications (DOQ) Requirements: Current licensure from the State of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) required (or obtaining licensure in the next 2 months). MA, MS, Psy.D, or Ph.D. in a mental health field required.
