We have a team-teaching model no more lead, assistant and float positions. We work together, share classroom responsibilities and play to everyone's strengths to create the best classroom dynamic possible. If you love working as a team then you will fit right in.
Our teaching teams are responsible for actively supervising, observing, and assessing each infant through Kindergartener. We implement a play with a purpose curriculum based on their needs. Our teaching teams provide loving care and enriching experiences in a safe and Christ-centered environment.

Fulltime Staff Receive 2 Weeks Of Each Per Year Licensing Requirements:
Must Be at least 18 years old
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Complete required DCYF preservice trainings:
Recognizing and reporting suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation, children experiencing homelessness, medication management, shaken baby syndrome/abusive head trauma, and emergency preparedness.

All teachers must meet the following requirements:
Have professional development (Initial 30 Hr. STARS Training) completed within 3 months of hire. This is the minimum requirement in licensing as of August 1, 2019.
Progress towards an ECE short certificate or equivalent within two years of hire
Have professional development (STARS Hours) progress documented annually.
TB Test documentation signed within the last twelve months by a licensed professional
Proof of MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccination or immunity required. Proof of COVID vaccination, religious exemption or medical exemption
Complete and pass portable background check and fingerprinting through MERIT prior to hire
