Prep Cook

Job Title: Prep Cook - Prince Street Pizza

Overview:
The Prep Cook is an integral part of the production team and will be expected to provide excellent customer service and be apart of a team of food preparers. This person will be diligent in preparing and delivering the highest quality products that Prince Street Pizza has to offer.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all food preparation tasks in a timely and consistent manner

• Ensure that all products meet the high standards of customer satisfaction and quality

• Assist in monitoring freshness and appropriate food storage and handling practices

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures

• Assist in monitoring daily schedules to ensure all tasks are completed

• Assist in training staff in proper food handling and safety procedures

• Provide appropriate communication and customer service when dealing with co-workers and customers

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role

• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Ability to work flexible hours and multi-task

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred
