Predictive Maintenance Vibration Analyst

Operate a Commtest Vb5 single channel vibration data collector as well as a Vb7 2 channel vibration analyzer. Predefined equipment routes have been developed which the Anaylst will follow on any given day of the work week. During the collection of that data, the Analyst will also be expected to note any unusual conditions which could possibly impact equipment future performance (i.e. low lube oil level, excessive gland water leakage, noisy operation, etc.). Collect 50 to 60 lube oil samples from plant equipment on a monthly basis and prepare sample bottles for shipment to the testing laboratory. Operate a Flir T640 thermal imaging camera with approximately 138 thermographs collected each month on predefined routes.
