JOB SUMMARY The Precast Laborer assists with pouring precast concrete.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Report for work wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assisting during the concrete pouring process.
- Clean and prep concrete molds and forms
- Tie and replace rebar into the molds and forms.
- Remove product from molds and forms.
- Shovel, sweep and clean molds, forms and work areas, as needed.
- Maintain the site and facilities, including trash picking.
- Operate and clean small equipment.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Dependable transportation
- Work weekends and holidays as requested or needed
- Ability to work varying job shifts depending on production needs
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with pouring concrete
- Valid Class C driver's license
- Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on a current motor vehicle report (MVR), with no serious accidents or traffic violations
