Pre Sales Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer (Fully Remote) Position Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and technically adept individual to join our Pre-Sales team as a Pre-Sales Engineer. Ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the field, the successful candidate will work alongside our team of senior Pre-Sales professionals. They will contribute to the technical aspect of sales processes and ensure our solutions meet client needs. A key requirement for this role is the candidate's ability to attain certifications from leading OEMs such as Dell, Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper, if not already acquired. This position is fully remote, supports Federal Customers, and requires up to 20% travel to meet client and project needs.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the senior Pre-Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Assist in the development and customization of technical solutions to meet client needs, leveraging technologies from leading OEMs like Dell, Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper.
Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Provide feedback from the field to the product development team for future product enhancements.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities, with a primary focus on acquiring certifications from Dell, Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper. Requirements:
Strong foundation in technical principles and a keen interest in technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proactive learner with a desire to deepen technical expertise and understanding of our product suite, specifically through the acquisition of certifications from Dell, Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a technical role is preferred but not required.
