Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a high volume of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
2. Effectively communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties related to the case.
3. Oversee the work of pre-litigation case managers and support staff, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Review and finalize settlement demands, utilizing strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws related to personal injury cases.
6. Develop and implement best practices for pre-litigation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their case, ensuring they are kept informed and reassured throughout the process.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in pre-litigation and personal injury law.
3. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other parties.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful settlements.
7. Ability to oversee and manage a team of pre-litigation case managers and support staff.
8. Detail-oriented and able to review and finalize settlement demands accurately and efficiently.
9. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
