Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
2. Conduct client intake, interviews, and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the progress of their case.
3. Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents; initiate investigations to determine liability.
4. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys.
5. Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery.
6. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the effective handling of cases.
7. Stay informed about the latest developments in personal injury law and pre-litigation practices.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury and pre-litigation.
4. Proven track record of handling client intake and managing a large caseload.
5. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
