Pre-K Paraprofessional

In order to apply for a paraprofessional position, you must have completed one of the following: 2 year college degree earned 100 quarter or 60 semester hours of college credit passed the Georgia Paraprofessional Assesment (this test is available at the Board of Education office - call for details) Minimum Qualifications: Hold or qualify for a GA Paraprofessional Rank I or Rank II License Possess good verbal and communication skills Possess integrity and high standard of ethics and confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse population Possess ability to assume responsibility for implementing teacher directed behavioral programs Model professionalism in temperament, attitude, appearance and ethics
