Job Description: Responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales plan and strategy for the profitable expansion and retention of the Business Owner within Bank of America footprint. Sets sales goals and direction for the business segment. Integrates sales efforts with product development and client service requirements. Responsible for developing and implementing an integrated approach and sales program with corporate and commercial partners to expand targeted client relationships. Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. Driver of Business Outcomes: Mobilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the bank's capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage. Required skills: 5+ years of sales experience with a good working knowledge of consumer or commercial credit and lending issues. Experience coaching sales teams and interacting with executives. Ability to communicate and influence verbally and in writing to multiple levels and audiences. Receive and handle client escalations and ensure enterprise complaints tracking process is executed. Ensure integration, alignment and effective partnerships with financial centers operations, wealth management, consumer lending, small business and enterprise practices. Must have strong small business lending knowledge.
