Summary: Summary of Position: Manages the operations and business management of assigned medical practices supporting 10 or more physician and midlevel providers located on three or more campuses. Oversees all aspects of financial acumen (i.e. revenue cycle, budgets, and accounts payable). Leads employees while ensuring overall compliance and regulatory processes in the medical practice. Maintains and improves quality and safety standards. Ability to perform clinical and/or clerical tasks as needed in the practice. Supports the coordination of care through Patient-Centered Medical Home methodologies, as applicable. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Formal Education Required: a. Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 2. Experience and Training Required: a. Four (4) years of increasingly responsible medical office experience that has provided leadership skills b. Three (3) years of Supervisory experience preferred c. Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and maintain multiple department/cost center budgets d. Direct clinical experience preferred e. Previous experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) preferred 3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Excellent interpersonal skills b. Proficient communication skills to include working collaboratively with internal and external departments c. Ability to process and complete reporting requirements d. Previous experience and understanding of financial acumen e. Knowledge of clinical quality standards f. Exhibits effective leaderships skills g. Ability to complete tasks in an organized and timely fashion h. Ability to adapt to daily changes i. Computer proficiency j. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity 4. Level of Physical Demands: a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
