We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PPC Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a strong background in paid marketing and a passion for driving business growth through innovative and strategic PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various online marketplaces, including Google, Amazon, and Walmart. This role is critical to our business as it directly impacts our paid traffic revenue and overall marketing performance.

THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of online marketplaces such as Google, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Monitor and analyze PPC data to optimize campaigns, adjust bids, add or remove keywords, and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, selection, and segmentation. Manage keyword bids and negative keywords to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
  • Leverage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure all PPC campaigns are in line with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and Wordpress to create and optimize landing pages.
  • Manage campaign target placements and implement Amazon DSP strategies to reach desired audiences.
  • Monitor and manage budget allocation and spend to ensure optimal use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on PPC, paid marketing, and online marketplaces such as Google, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing successful PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Wordpress.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Amazon DSP, and other relevant PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
