Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Power Supplies Technicians to join our team, contributing to the development and integration of power supplies and power systems solutions for diversified industries and applications. As a Power Supplies Technician, you will play a pivotal role in product assembly, equipment operation, new product integration, product testing, and repair. Additionally, you may be tasked with assembling parts and components for new products according to client or supervisor specifications. The ideal candidate possesses sufficient knowledge of power electronics to interpret schematics, rework PCBs and mechanical assembly as well as the ability to assemble value-added products. Collaborating with the technical team to enhance design and manufacturability will be a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

Installation of electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, utilizing soldering equipment and hand tools.

Adherence to test procedures for functional and manual testing requirements.

Experience in testing high-frequency magnetics and transformers, PCB, and EMI/EMC testing.

Certification or training in IPC-A-610 (Assemblies) or J-STD-001 (solder) is highly desired

At least 3 years of experience in Power Supply component-level troubleshooting

Ability to work from schematics, engineering specifications, data sheets, and wiring diagrams

Proficiency with digital scopes, digital meters, current probes, differential probes, and other common test equipment

Effective communication skills for troubleshooting justifications and unit status updates
