Power BI Developer Analyst with Security Clearance

Power BI Developer Analyst MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE Create and deliver user training on tools and reports using Power BI. Assist in the daily support of end-users' ability to utilize the reporting platform effectively and efficiently. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. Work with multiple internal departments to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Identify relevant data and metrics to analyze, create data visualizations and dashboards to provide insights that influence decision-making and drive business value. Create data tools for analytics and Business Intelligence team members that assist them in building and optimizing our operations into an innovative industry leader. Work with Program Management & Analytics department to strive for greater functionality in clients data systems. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into client acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics. Skills & Abilities Experience with working with Department of Defense contracts/clients Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI Experience interacting with customers and providing solutions to real time problems. Presentation experience, both building and leading presentations. Working knowledge of configuring and maintaining BI platforms Understanding and knowledge of data architecture and data flows within systems Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance Utilize best practices to design, develop, and support Power BI visualizations Publish reports and dashboards using Power BI Service for sharing and collaboration Good communication skills, capable of training the end users on the usage and capabilities of has been created Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or other technical degree.
