Description :
We are seeking a talented PostgreSQL SQL Database Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing PostgreSQL databases to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.

Perform regular database monitoring, maintenance, and tuning to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot database-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application development.

Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.

Stay current with PostgreSQL features, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a PostgreSQL Database Administrator/Developer.

In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

Proficiency in SQL programming and database design principles.

Experience with database security, backup and recovery, and replication.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PostgreSQL Certified Engineer) are a plus.
