Bay State Community Services (BSCS) would like to be part of introducing and training you in providing care to new populations and different levels of care, and we would also like to assist you in refining your clinical specialty such as Trauma Informed Care and Child Development to name just a few specialty areas. BSCS is a multi-service agency providing comprehensive Substance Use Disorders, Behavioral Health Services, Restorative Justice, Residential, Community-Based and Public Health Services to children, individuals, families, and our communities. Licensed to provide both Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral Health Services, we offer over 85 programs and a continuum of evidence-based and person-centered services. We are looking for passionate and hardworking new graduates who want to learn about the continuum of services and experience the resources of a comprehensive social service agency with state, federal and private funding. One- and Two-Year Paid Postgraduate Programs Available Training includes: Supervision Hours Required for Licensure Potential for Loan Forgiveness Best Practice and Evidence Based Training Weekly Clinical Roundtable Offering a Curriculum-Based Training with high level Seasoned Senior Clinicians What You Will Be Doing During Your Residency Facilitate family centered, strength-based and solution focused family therapy treatment Provide case management and care coordination; Facilitate client referral, admission process, and make appropriate referrals Prepare client assessments, initial treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and discharge planning Advocate for clients in areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family interactions Provide crisis intervention on an as needed basis Bay State Community Services (BSCS) recognizes the hard work and dedication of our staff and has developed a comprehensive benefit package to support you and your family.
