The Ngo laboratory at the Department of Systems Biology, City of Hope is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to lead a federally funded project in lymphoma and immunotherapy. Our laboratory studies molecular mechanisms and identifies therapeutic targets in hematologic malignancies. Candidates having interests in cancer biology and immunology with hands-on experience in working with hematopoietic cells and handling animals are encouraged to apply. As a successful candidate, you will: Plan, design, and execute experiments independently and in collaboration with lab members. Generate data, present, and discuss results with lab members and at department meetings. Communicate results through posters and/or oral presentations at national meetings and manuscripts for publication. Develop new techniques/protocols and help other lab projects. Your qualifications should include: A Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline. Preferred qualifications: Experience in CRISPR, lentiviral transduction, culturing of human T cells and NK cells, flow cytometry, and mouse experiments. City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
