Specifically, the postdoc will: perform various types of next generation sequencing analysis on whole-exome sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, RNA-Seq, ChIP-seq and other high-throughput data be expected to work and learn independently as needed oversee the work of students in the lab Outstanding Benefits Package Working at UB comes with benefits that exceed salary alone. Minimum Qualifications PhD in bioinformatics, genetics, biomedical sciences, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in statistical genetics and/or bioinformatics. Proficiency in R, Python, and/or SQL.
