Portfolio Lead with Security Clearance

Job Description: Join a team dedicated to our mission and customer support as a PMO Portfolio Lead. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to assess their needs, ensuring the right talent is placed in various TTO openings. You'll also enable and support staff on contract, playing a crucial role in aligning resources and fostering team success. This position is key to bridging our customers' requirements with our team's capabilities. The Portfolio Lead shall possess the following capabilities: This position serves as a Portfolio Lead for the prime contractor and is responsible for candidate identification, interviewing, hiring, and program onboarding. Staffs open positions through resume reviews, candidate interviews, candidate evaluation, and selection, and supports new hire onboarding activities. Supports the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with respect to the PMO Shares current openings via email and weekly staffing calls with subcontractors Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of SIGINT/cyber analysis mission experience Experience with knowledge management tools Minimum of 3 years of mission experience in a lead role Must have TS Clearance with appropriate polygraph Proven experience in heading up and managing TTOs Experience mentoring and training individuals Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Focused on ensuring candidates are qualified for specific openings Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph RealmOne is a mid-sized science and technology company dedicated to solving our customers' toughest mission challenges.
