PNT Test Engineer with Security Clearance

Description SAIC is seeking a PNT Test Engineer with experience in electrical or systems engineering to join the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team. SE&I provides engineering, integration, technical analysis, and subject matter expertise (SME) support to the US Space Force. As an engineer on the PNT SE&I Test and Evaluation team you will collect and analyze Global Positioning System (GPS) data. The PNT SE&I team works in a high-paced environment with Govt personnel and system developers to ensure GPS remains the gold standard for positioning, navigation, and timing. Major duties of this position include: Duties Include: Conduct test events to evaluate performance of GPS system components Compile and present findings, recommendations, and engineering assessments to government customers Manage project schedules and deliverables Understand and analyze large data sets to compile meaningful results Analyze GPS capabilities, including technical requirements, implementation plans, technical impacts of changes, and risks to success Produce and contribute to reports that provide recommendations for fixes to issues and ways forward on technical challenges Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science or Science Secret clearance 5+ years of overall experience Demonstrated understanding of Engineering practices, techniques, and procedures Excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams Desired Current active Top Secret Clearance GPS experience Experience with MS Visual Studio C , C , Python, MatLab Experience and familiarity working with DoD organizations Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
