We are seeking a dynamic Plumbing Sales Representative to join our clients team in Duluth, MN. The Plumbing Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. As a key member of their sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth while ensuring the satisfaction of their valued clientele. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Experience in sales, plumbing & HVAC is a plus.

Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to understand their business needs and provide information about our products and services.
- Accurately enter orders into the system and keep customers informed of shipment details to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
- Drive new business growth while fostering sales growth with existing customers.
- Maintain and nurture positive business relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for the sale of additional products, effectively increasing revenue.
- Utilize company resources and internal relationships to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about competitor product offerings and target audience to effectively position our products in the market.
- Educate customers on our unique value proposition, clearly articulating what sets us apart from the competition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer interactions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Active listening skills to understand and identify customer needs effectively.
- Creative thinking abilities to help customers meet their needs and solve their problems.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills to engage customers effectively.
- Prior experience in wholesale distribution and/or sales is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in sales, plumbing & HVAC is a plus.
