Plumbing Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Tempe, AZ.

Our client is a well established leader in the areas of welding, metal fabrication, emergency maintenance and repair services for military and government projects, power plants, mining industry, industrial facilities, and data centers in the Phoenix area.

They are now looking to bring on a Project Manager for their plumbing department. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $100k and $125k depending on experience. A great benefits package is also provided which includes a company vehicle and gas card, M/V/D, PTO, 401k, and project based bonuses.

Duties:
-Estimate and bid plumbing and HVAC for projects
-Manage change orders
-Coordinate subcontractors
-Project scheduling, attend GC site meetings
-Quality Control
-Manage financial aspects of project and all duties required from take off to finish

Qualifications:
-2-5 years experience in Project Management in Plumbing/HVAC
-Estimating on new construction and service projects
-Experience managing a team of at least 5-10
-Software experience the ability to adapt well to any software needed (ProCore, Bluebeam, etc.)
-Must have a clean criminal record
