Job Details

Currently they are looking to add a Plumbing Engineer with some experience in the healthcare industry who can work a hybrid schedule out of their office in Long Beach.

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience in the design of Plumbing systems for new buildings and renovations within the Healthcare market (primarily hospitals and medical office buildings, along with support buildings such as central plants and data centers.) Candidates must have at least basic project management experience and be willing to lead projects from all perspectives including technically, administratively and financially.

Working knowledge of the following:

  • California Plumbing Code
  • National Plumbing Code
  • California Energy Code
  • HCAi codes, standards, PINS and CANS
  • NFPA-99
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bluebeam
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD a plus
