Role Summary: We are seeking skilled Mid and Senior Plumbing Designers to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating detailed electrical designs for facilities under the mentorship of a project engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of commercial projects, ensuring that they meet all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•   Design comprehensive plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, and vent systems, as well as fire protection systems.
•   Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed drawings and specifications.
•   Collaborate with the project team to ensure integrated design solutions.
•   Stay up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and technologies to ensure designs are efficient and sustainable.
Qualifications:
For Mid-Level Electrical Designer:
•   High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) commercial consulting industry.
•   Demonstrated proficiency in plumbing design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid foundation in plumbing systems, codes, and standards relevant to commercial projects.
•   Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
•   Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of electrical design projects under supervision.
For Senior-Level Electrical Designer:
•   8+ years of in-depth experience in the MEP commercial consulting sector.
•   Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with plumbing design and simulation software. Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
•   Proven track record of leading plumbing design projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to mentor junior designers.
•   Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The ability to oversee complex projects, ensuring they meet budget, quality, and time objectives.
