Plumbing Apprentice

Central is growing and looking for an eager individual to join our team who has a desire to advance in the plumbing trade. The apprentice role is a paid training opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn the skills needed to transition into an apprenticeship program within the plumbing trade. Working alongside a helpful and knowledgeable Journeyman or Master plumber you will learn to review building plans & specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials. Identify the required tools and special equipment.Select the size and type of pipe required for the job. Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures. QUALIFICATIONS Desire to learn Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks Ability to periodically lift up to a 80 lbs or more Understand the value of safety Communication skills GED or High School Diploma Safe driving record Compliance with Central's Drug & Alcohol Policy BENEFITS $1,000 Hiring Bonus for Registered Apprentices only Company sponsored cornhole and golf tournaments (Paintball coming soon.)
