Roughing in plumbing throughout projects/properties. Assist valve replacements. Handle all bathroom and kitchen fixture installations. Top outs and trim finishing. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. Follow building plans and blueprints. Locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors. Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings. Cuts and threads pipe. Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in residential structures. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license with good record of driving. Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions. Must be good with working alone, as well as work effectively with a team. Go above and beyond with providing the best customer service. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices. Excellent problem-solving skills.
