Job Details Job Location: Northern Maine - Presque Isle, ME Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 2 Year Degree Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Day Description Title: Plumber II Bargaining Unit/Salary Level: MSEA Support Range 16 $40,456.00-$45,614.40 Responsibilities: Position requires general plumbing and heating work on commercial, domestic and instructional facilities including installation, repair and service to pumps, plumbing fixtures, drains and vent lines, also including repair and service on a variety of heating (oil, propane and solid fuel) and refrigeration systems. Assists maintenance department in other campus related duties and projects such as snow plowings, event setups, mowing and moving equipment. Minimum Qualifications: An Associate's degree in applied science in Plumbing and Heating with a minimum of two years direct P & H experience, State of Maine Masters Plumbers license, and Oil Burners license. Preferred: Propane certification, and Solid Fuel Operator's license and Maine Class C driver's license. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have knowledge of a wide variety of equipment and its use. Make decisions in accordance with laws and regulations regarding work requisitions.
