TITLE: Plate Operator

LOCATION: Lawrence, MA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite

SHIFT: 2nd Shift, 2 PM - 10:30 PM
VACCINATION REQUIREMENT: None
We are looking for a Plate Operator to join our growing team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and comply to clean room procedures
- Execute production log data entry
- Set up inspection and labeling system
- Download data and create reports in Excel
- Conduct and record production quality tests
- Track and oversee inventory
- Disassemble and reassemble the clean slurry dispenser and plate feeder
- Oversee the proper operation of plate labeling machine, printer, belt, and vision inspection system
- Seal and bag plates.
- Run machinery and oversee performance and operation
- Perform setup/shutdown operations for all machines
- Ensure a safe, clean work setting at all times.
- Must be comfortable in a clean room
They do not need previous experience, but they need to know that they will be fully gowned, with booties, a hair net, a mask, and gloves. - Perform all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS - Must have a working knowledge of Windows and Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A mechanical aptitude would be an added advantage
- Must have flexibility to work overtime as per the department's requirements
