We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring that all processes run reliably and efficiently. You will be the driving force behind our production operations, leading the charge in ensuring we meet our high-quality standards and customer delivery timelines. This is a permanent position, perfect for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and reliability in all processes.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and ensure safety compliance.
3. Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase production efficiency.
4. Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
5. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless delivery of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.
6. Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet our high standards and customer expectations.
7. Develop production planning strategies to meet customer delivery timelines without compromising quality.
8. Foster a culture of operational excellence, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
9. Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
10. Coordinate with senior management to set strategic goals and make key business decisions.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a plant management role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in operations management, quality control, inventory management, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, production planning, process improvement, and operational excellence.
3. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in relevant manufacturing software and technologies.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage and improve manufacturing processes.
9. Strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
