Plant Manager

Grace Wayne Group is recruiting for the following

Position: Plant Manager

Location: Maryland - Ocean City area (relocation assistance available)

Description: The Plant Manager will lead all plant operations in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred (Engineering, Business, Material Science, Metallurgy, etc.)
- AT LEAST 5 years of Plant Manager experience in a heavy industrial / metals manufacturing plant environment
- Strong background and hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma
- Full responsibility for P&L
- Stable employment history (candidates having positions of short duration with multiple employers will not be considered - looking for AT LEAST 3 years of experience with each employer, ideally more)
- Must be authorized for working in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future (no visas will be sponsored or transferred for this position)

Salary will be commensurate with education/experience. Currently targeting candidates whose experience/skill set will command somewhere around $125K-$145K, however willing to consider candidates whose salary requirements are outside of this range (above or below), within reason.

Relocation assistance is available - preferably for candidates requiring a regional relocation or candidates who currently reside outside of the region with a particular desire to be in/around this area.
