We are currently seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Plant Manager to join our dynamic team in the Food Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we meet production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse team and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring that all departments work together efficiently to meet production goals.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies, focusing on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Packaging, and Inventory Management to ensure smooth operations.
4. Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles across the plant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
7. Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize costs.
8. Drive the implementation and improvement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) system.
9. Develop and nurture a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a plant management role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with Operations Management, Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Packaging, and Inventory Management.
4. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
5. Strong knowledge of OEE and other manufacturing performance metrics.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving team performance to achieve operational goals.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
9. Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software and systems.
