If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you. We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Financial Analyst to join our team located in Carrollton, TX.

Your Role:

You will play a key role in the Accounting and Financial control of the manufacturing facility with the support of the Plant Controller. This position will interact with every facet of Operations, Engineering, Finance, Safety, Quality, and Inventory Control. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with Operations to help identify and implement cost savings initiatives.
  • Provide month-end analytical support.
  • Aid Plant Controller efforts in maintaining internal controls.
  • Inventory control and analysis.
  • Analyze and review BOM's and routers for accuracy.
  • Assist in budget, forecast, and performance of plant financial operations.
  • Make recommendations on capital investments.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Prior manufacturing experience.
  • Budgeting and Month-End analysis experience.
  • Systems capabilities including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel a plus.
  • Soft Skills: good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills combined with a curious and analytical nature thrive in our culture.

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
